From 8.30am - 9.30am each Saturday morning (excluding exeats) throughout the Michaelmas and Lent term the Dean Close Hockey Club play matches on the Senior School astro . All players at all levels are welcome and ‘I have not played for 20 years’ is a common phrase amongst new members! Matches are fun and competitive and rivals include Common Room staff, parents from other schools, and even the teams’ own children. Coffee in the dining hall follows and there are plenty of opportunities to socialise culminating in an end of season event.
