"The strong links established with a nearby local authority special school have enabled pupils to appreciate their own privileged position and to help improve the quality of life for other children. Similarly, a wide range of charity events, such as the harvest festival and ‘pants for a pound’ have instilled in pupils a need to give in order to help others."
Our Year 7 children take part in a community project by helping at a local school for children with disabilities. Throughout the year all pupils are encouraged to think of others by fundraising for local, national and international charities. In the Michaelmas Term we have a charity fair at which all children are involved in providing items for their stall.
