We wanted to list here those ODs with whom we are in contact, grouped by year of leaving, but there is some suggestion that such a list would not comply with the Data Protection Act.   There are large gaps in our contact list of ODs, so if you are in touch with any other ODs, please do encourage them to get in touch if they haven't heard from us for a while.

Owing to the restrictions of the Data Protection Act, we cannot normally give you details of other ODs.  However, if we have an e-mail address, we can forward messages; if we have a postal address in the UK, we can add forwarding addresses to envelopes and send them on their way.

We are hoping to install an on-line database within the next year, which would enable ODs to update their own information, and access contact information for their peers using a personal logon and password system. 

If you have not received the Annual Newsletter (posted in May), it is probably because your details have been lost from our database (generally because post has been returned to us marked 'addressee unknown'). We would very much like to restore you to our records, so please send us your up-to-date contact details (address, telephone, e-mail).  It is helpful to have your full name and date of birth to make sure that we amend the correct entry!

We are always interested in what ODs are doing in their life after School, so the occasional update is very welcome (marriages, family, career, interests, etc.) for inclusion in the annual OD News.
