The Squirrels celebrated the Queen’s Jubilee in style – with a street party for the whole school outside! The Pre-Prep were determined to celebrate even though the Queen’s Jubilee took place over half-term and held their special day on Thursday 14th June instead. The playground was decorated with bunting, children dressed in red, white and blue and made crowns for the special event!
The lunch party started with the school singing the national anthem, and the children then enjoyed party food outside. After their delicious lunch, a special union jack cake was shared between all the children. It was a fantastic way to commemorate such a special occasion.
