Last Friday was the fundraising highlight of the school calendar for a number of pupils at the Prep School, as the school hosted its annual charity fair to raise money for Nyakatukura School in Uganda.
The covered play area was bursting with brightly coloured stalls and excited pupils, as everyone jostled to have a go at the fabulous variety of activities. Pupils, parents and staff tried their luck at pin the moustache, nerf shooting, a photo booth and even sumo wrestling; these were just a few of the brilliant stalls the children had put together. There were also delicious treats including Fair Trade cakes, a chocolate fountain and a candy floss machine, so no-one went hungry despite the cold weather.
It was a fantastic afternoon which raised a record breaking £3292.49 for children in Uganda. Well to everyone who participated in this wonderful event.
