Congratulations to Brenna Tin on winning the Keith Nutland Memorial Award for the Festival Young Musician at Cheltenham Town Hall on Sunday 17th May. Competitors for the award have to be in their final year at school, live in Gloucestershire and going on to study Music at either University or Conservatoire. Brenna competed against 4 other students, all of a very high standard, but the adjudicators – Chris Lammiman, James Gilchrist and Meurig Bowen – were unanimous in their decision to give Brenna the award which includes a cash prize of £500, free entry to the Cheltenham International Festival and the opportunity to perform later in the year.
