On a summer’s evening pupils from all three schools performed a fabulous dance show of classical ballet and modern jazz in the beautiful gardens of Dean Close House, with an audience picnicking as they watched.

The event was staged in aid of
The Scoliosis Association, with
more than £120 being raised for
the charity. Over thirty dancers
came together ranging from the
youngest just aged six to Sixth
Formers currently studying for
their A-levels.

Mrs Sue Jones, who helped direct
the performance said, “It was a
beautiful evening, the gardens made a picturesque ‘stage’ and each and every one of the dancers performed exceptionally. I was extremely proud of them all and delighted the weather held so we could all enjoy such a wonderful
summer evening.”
