Congratulations to the Dean Close Equestrian Team who, over the half term, became reserve National Champions.  The Dean Close senior riders, Emily Roberts, Bella Stevens, Georgia Day, Mimi Payton and Oliver Dodman, competed at Addington Manor in the National Schools’ Equestrian Association Championships where over 200 hundred schools and 1000 riders took part over the three days.  Just to qualify was a huge achievement and meant they were able to compete in number of disciplines: 90cm and 1m Show Jumping teams; 90cm, 1m and 1.10m Pony Individuals and a Prelim and Novice Dressage Individual all to contest the National finals.
