Earlier this term our Girls’ U10, U131st team and our U13 2ndteam enjoyed a fantastic day of hockeyat the Severnside Tournament, where each team won their group!

Preparatoryschools from Cheltenham to Bristol competed at the demandingSevernside tournament. TheU10s competed in a round robin competition, wherethey playedfive other schools. They drew one gameand won the other four, placing them clearly atthe top and comfortable winnersof their section; earning themtheir second shield of the term!

The2nd VII alsocompeted in 5 round robin matches, where they convincingly won all their games, scoring 7-0 in 12 minutes in one game, meaning they alsowon their group. The 1st VII had a slightly tougher challenge, having to come through a ‘pool’ and then facingmust-win matches inthe semi-final and final. They won their pool comfortably, with two 6-0 wins injust 10 minutes. Then followed a tough semi-final before they won the final 2-0, also giving them their
second shield of the term. What a great afternoon of hockey! Well done, everybody.
