Celebrating Excellence at the Annual Sixth Form Sports Dinner

We recently enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating the incredible sporting talent within our Sixth Form at the much-anticipated annual Black-Tie Sports Dinner.

The event was made even more special by the presence of our guest speaker, Dani Gibson — a proud Old Decanian and accomplished women’s cricket star. Dani captivated the audience by sharing her truly inspiring journey, motivating all in attendance with her passion and dedication to sport.

A special congratulations goes to Fluff and Ed from Upper Sixth Form for earning the prestigious award for the most competitive school appearances. They have shown outstanding commitment and sportsmanship, reflecting the true spirit of our sporting community at Dean Close School.

It was a memorable night, filled with celebration, camaraderie, and the shared joy of achievement. We look forward to continuing to nurture such remarkable talent in the years ahead.
