Lower Sixth STEM Ambassadors Celebrate International Women in Engineering Day

Our Lower Sixth STEM Ambassadors recently attended an inspiring International Women in Engineering Day event hosted by Spirax Group.

The event provided pupils with the opportunity to hear from industry professionals and take part in engaging discussions centred around this year's theme, Engineering Intelligence. Throughout the day, pupils explored how diversity drives innovation and discovered the important role that artificial intelligence can play in creating more human centred engineering solutions while enhancing engagement across the industry.

The experience offered valuable insight into the wide range of opportunities available within engineering and highlighted the importance of encouraging more women to pursue careers in STEM.
