Instructions for parents on how to access Target Reports through the Parent Portal and how to set up the iSAMS Parent App (all parents)

The second Target Report is now available for all pupils in Years 3-7 (the Year 8 Target Reports will be published next week). It can be accessed either through the Parent Portal or the iSAMS Parent App.

Palmer Howells Catering Showcase for Parents, Thursday 21st March (all parents)

Palmer and Howells would like to invite Parents to a Showcase of the Catering at Dean Close Preparatory School. We would like to invite all parents to come and drop into the dining room to see the style of offer we provide for lunch service, morning and afternoon breaks, packed lunches and our salad bars.

There will be an opportunity to taste the food and you will also be able to meet with the Catering Manager and Head Chef for the school and also the Operations Manager and development Chef from Palmer and Howells and they will be available to talk through the offer and answer any questions you may have.

The showcase will take part between 4.30pm and 6.00pm and we look forward to seeing as many parents as are able to drop in to the dining room.

Dean Close Community Golf Day, Friday 29th March (all parents)

Please click here to access further information. All are welcome to join us for a round of Golf at Cotswold Hills Golf Club, Cheltenham. All in aid of Nyakatukura Memorial Secondary School, a School that Dean Close has supported since 2005.

Ultimate Activity Camps (all parents)

After another successful year, Ultimate Activity Camps are returning to Dean Close Preparatory School in 2019 with their fun and engaging holiday programmes. Ultimate Activity Camps offer exciting activity day camps for 4-14 year olds with over 40 activities every week delivered by engaging and enthusiastic staff who will instruct and encourage children to try new activities and make new friends – and naturally have lots of fun!

Their dates are below

  • Easter:            Monday 8th to Thursday 18th April
  • Summer:        Monday 22nd July to Friday 23rd August
