Throughout the year all pupils are encouraged to think of others by fundraising for local, national and international charities. In the Michaelmas Term the school holds a charity fair at which all children are involved in creating and providing items for their stall.
Pupils also hold regular concerts and performances warmly welcoming guests from local retirement homes. The senior pupils act as hosts serving tea and coffee and ensuring their guests feel welcome and enjoy the entertainment. Whenever possible, they also visit local retirement homes, playing and singing to the local residents.
Pupils in the Senior Forms often go and help at the local Charity, Family Space. They help at Family Space events by serving food and playing with the children. They have also donated enough books that Family Space could open a small lending library.
