Welcome back everyone to the last term of the academic year. This is my favourite term because we play cricket.

Some of the Year 7s and 8s recently went on a hockey tour to Barcelona. We had a fantastic time and great hockey was played. The boys won their 3 games and the girls won 2 and drew 1. We spent quite a bit of time on the beach playing American football and volleyball. Mr Sutherland was totally committed to the volleyball as he was keen to show us his skills! Whilst in Barcelona we went to the Ramblas for shopping and ice cream and we also saw the Gaudi Church; it’s still not finished!

Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts startedlast week, good luck to everyone who is participating.

This is the final term for the Year 8s in the Prep School before we venture across the road. The highlight of this term has to be the Year 8 Leavers’ Trip to Devon. However, before we can enjoy the Devonshire Sea and sand we have to sit our Common Entrance exams for the Senior School, which have already started for the scholarship set.

Leah and I would like to wish everyone a great couple of weeks and enjoy the sunshine.
